| Описание | REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES--U.S. Marines from and sailors from Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, await extraction after completing a helicopter-borne raid at Basa Air Base on Oct. 15, 2006. The raid was executed with the assistance from members of the Philippine Air Force as part of bilateral training exercises Talon Vision and Amphibious Landing Exercise FY 2007. The annual exercises are designed to enhance interoperability and professional relations between the Armed Forces of the U.S. and Philippines. |
