| Описание | Photo of Carpathia docked at Pier 54 in New York City in 1912 following the rescue of the survivors of the Titanic. At the time this photo was taken, all third class passengers were still aboard Carpathia.
Anyone with a first or second class ticket was able to leave a ship at the line's docks in New York; those who had third class or steerage tickets and were not US citizens were taken to en:Ellis Island after the other passengers left the ship at the pier. |
